Why isn't there a dot over Sarı's i?
Each character’s name is a color word in a different language. Sarı means “yellow” in Turkish. There are both an i and an ı character with different pronunciations, and Sari would not be proper. Can you identify the languages used for the other characters?

Can I choose one of the expansion bunnies for the Amigurumi reward?
Unfortunately no. Jaime’s wife Sandy created all of the crochet bunnies and has only formalized the patterns for the original six characters. While versions of the expansion characters do exist (and Sandy is directly responsible for the existence of Melaina), the extra cost of materials and time would not fit the scope of the reward.

Will the expansion components fit in the main box?
Yes, but they will not have individual compartments for the characters. However, should the campaign go well enough, there is a planned stretch goal for a tray that will hold all 9 characters.

Can I purchase multiple copies?
Yes! Simply add as many copies as you want as add-ons. Shipping will increase, but will be much less expensive as a package than purchasing individually. Do not select the 6x pledge level unless you own/operate a brick and mortar retail store.

Can I change my order after the campaign ends?
Yes. You will get an opportunity to adjust your order in the Pledge Manager after the campaign. Please be aware that discounts during the campaign may not carry over to the Pledge Manager, and additions will not contribute towards stretch goals.

Why is the All-In Bundle limited quantity and US only?
The main component of the All-In Bundle is the custom made amigurumi. These cannot be mass produced and take time to make by hand. They will be shipped separately, directly to recipients to avoid having to pay cost twice by shipping to the fulfillment centers and then to you.

I'm new to Kickstarter, how do I pledge?
To support our campaign, click on the “Back this project” button at the top of the page. This will bring you to a page where you can select which tier you want to pledge at. Once you’ve chosen your pledge, you’re done for now. You will not be charged until the campaign completes and only if it funds successfully. After the campaign you will get updates giving you instructions on the next steps.

What is a Pledge Manager?
After the campaign ends we will get a list of backers from Kickstarter. We forward that list to our Pledge Manager partner who will help us process your order. You will fill out a survey to give us your shipping address and your taxes and shipping costs will be calculated there. You are also able to make adjustments to your order before finalizing your payment.

Will Amoebunnies be available at retail?
We sure hope so, but there is no guarantee that it will. If you’d like to see our game in stores, the best way to do that is to go to your local store and request that they carry our game. However, backers of this campaign will get their copies before any appear on shelves.

Why isn't my country listed for shipping?
As a very small project, we have to reach certain thresholds in order to make it worthwhile to use different global shipping hubs. Our main fulfillment partner is in the US, but we have one ready in Canada, and one in the UK which is capable of shipping at a good price to the EU and Aus/NZ. We hope to reach the thresholds needed to use these partners so your prices will be lower. Outside of those centers, shipping becomes more uncertain. However the more orders we get from regions, the more we’ll be able to work with our partners or new partners to provide better shipping costs for everyone. There are however, some countries that we cannot ship to due to current global circumstances. If you’d like to support from the listed excluded countries, consider using a mail forwarding service.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
