Amoebunnies Update - Late March

Fulfillment underway!

We're finally at the end! All non-US/CA orders have been dispatched, and many have already been received. US/CA shipping has begun, and backers are starting to receive tracking notifications. If you don't get one today, you will likely get it early next week. 

We'd love for you to share your pictures and experiences with us on our Discord, or by tagging us on social media (@amoebunnies). 

Outstanding orders

There are a small number of backers who have not completed their surveys or resolved failed shipping payments.

The pledge manager will close on April 19, 2026. Any orders that remain incomplete after this date will be considered abandoned and will not be fulfilled.

What's next?

This was our first project, and it exceeded our expectations thanks to your support. We have a couple ideas rattling around for our next steps that we hope to be able to share.

Amoebunnies - Early March Update!

Addresses Locked!

As promised, addresses have been locked. All orders that had surveys completed and were fully paid have now been sent to their proper fulfillment centers for them to begin preparing to receive inventory. Both shipments (US/UK) have cleared customs and are being delivered to the fulfillment centers. We are excitingly close!

Please note that it may take a couple weeks for the fulfillment centers to receive, organize, and prepare the shipments, and then potentially another couple weeks for actual delivery. I'm crossing my fingers for Easter since that's the Amoebunnies' favorite holiday! Hiding Easter Eggs is right up Sarı's alley.

Not on the list?

If you missed the address lock cutoff I will prepare another list with extra names in about a week. Please make sure you finish the survey and get shipping paid if you haven't; missing the next pass will likely cause a delay in your delivery. Please remember to message me here or join our Discord with any questions.

Possible shipping delays

For those of you in the Middle East, South/East Asia or Oceania, recent events may cause some shipping delays. If there is anything to report specifically, I will let you know.

Amigurumis for all-in backers

For those of you who backed us with the all-in package, all of the hand-made amigirumis have left base here in our home and are on their way to the fulfillment center as well. Soon you'll have your own plushy amoebunny in your home! For those who got the patters to make your own, don't forget to share your results in our Discord!

Amoebunnies Late February Update!

Shipping charged. Address locking coming!

As of today, most people have had their shipping costs charged. About 10% of backers had an issue, so please check your email to see if your payment processed. If it didn't, you still have time to fix it before you run the risk of having your game delayed. To fix your payment, you only need to revisit your survey and modify it there.

The next step is address locking. A week from today (February 24), addresses will lock. Anyone who is paid in full will have their order sent to the fulfillment center so they can prepare to receive the shipment when it arrives. If you have moved since filling out your survey, or plan to very soon, please make sure your shipping address is accurate.

If you are experiencing any issues with any step along the process, please let me know as soon as you can so we can get you sorted in time for on-time delivery.

Digital rewards are now available!

Those who have paid their shipping will have received an email with a link to the digital downloads. You should also be able to find them via your survey link. I will be available on our Discord channel tonight (Feb 17) for anyone who has questions about installation/playing. I'm generally responsive any other time though, so feel free to ask questions there in the rules-questions forum.

We're really excited to be delivering rewards and we hope you enjoy the results.

Early February Update! Locked and loaded!

Orders are locked!

All orders with completed surveys are now locked. If for some reason you need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact me immediately. Shipping has been applied. Cards on file will be charged on February 17 for shipping and any outstanding balance from items ordered through BackerKit. Please make sure that you have the correct card information on file. If any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting you know to correct your payment information. Please keep in mind that failed payments may delay shipment.

If you need to review payment information, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://amoebunnies.backerkit.com. You can also still adjust your address if necessary for a few more weeks. We will let you know when addresses lock in the next update.

Digital Items

The digital items have been finalized and will be uploaded to BackerKit this week. Digital rewards will be made available once payment is received. We hope you'll share the amigurumis you make, and that you enjoy all the scripting involved in the Tabletop Simulator file. Join us on our Discord server to share!

Freight Progress

I'm tracking the shipment across the ocean. The shipment to the UK is nearing the Cape of Good Hope. The shipment to the US just finished a stop in South Korea and is on its way to California. Both are expected to hit land in early March. We are working to clear all regulatory and customs requirements ahead of arrival so fulfillment can begin as soon as possible. Seeing the containers finally cross the ocean makes this all feel very real, and we can’t wait for fulfillment to begin.

Happy 2026! January Update

Freight transportation is underway!

We have confirmation from our freight partner that our shipments have been picked up from our manufacturer are are underway towards our fulfillment centers in US/UK. We've been told to expect two months for ship transport. This should have games arriving at the centers in mid-March. From there, we've been told it takes two weeks to ramp up fulfillment and deliveries should be estimated for arrival on doorsteps in early April.

Final shipping numbers are in

We finally got the last numbers we needed to finish our shipping cost assignments. With that, this is the official announcement that we will be locking all orders two weeks from this announcement (February 3rd). At that time, you will be able to pay the shipping portion of your order. Please check one more time to make sure your order contains what you expect. We are awaiting assistance from BackerKit to apply shipping to the orders.

Digital reward release

We will be using BackerKit's digital reward distribution platform which should make things easy to manage. The digital version of the game has already been uploaded and the amigurumi patterns should be there soon. Once the files are up and shipping has been paid, those who have purchased these items should be able to download them.

Shipping address locking

The upcoming order lock applies to the items of your order. You will still be able to modify your shipping address if you move between now and then. Addresses won't lock until freight has nearly arrived on shores. We will announce when you have your last chance to make adjustments.
